Professional Experience

I think of myself as a “player-coach,” one who does the work (speaking, leading, managing change, etc.) that I train and coach with clients. I spent 25 years as a non-profit faith leader and international director, developing people and teams in pursuit of growth and impact. I spent another 10 years in project, program and change management, working in the Federal Government and private sector with a Forbes 50 financial firm. My primary work now is coaching speakers and developing leaders and teams to improve performance.

Coaching Experience

I've been teaching, coaching, and developing leaders for over 30 years. My approach is rooted in the science of leadership and change. I have an M.S. in Organization Development and am a PMP-certified project manager. I’ve run over 100 workshops and coached dozens of clients 1:1 in the power of audience-centric, story-based presentations. I love helping people and teams be better and do more, harnessing the creative power of groups in movement.
