I am an international speaker, consultant, facilitator, leadership, team and speaker coach who has helped hundreds of people and teams tap their full potential, tell their stories and improve performance.

Early in my career, I helped found several non-profit humanitarian organizations in Eastern Europe, working in partnership with US based NGOs and national government leaders. I developed a keen sense of cross-cultural dynamics working in France, Spain, Hungary, Romania and the Netherlands. I’ve been invited to speak and provide consultant services in Europe and Asia.

In the corporate world, I developed strategic communications and change management plans driven by engagement and story-based messaging, conveying complex solutions in simple, accessible terms. I helped teams navigate the complex interests and impacts associated with large transformation programs in corporate, Federal Government, and non-profit arenas.

I’ve done considerable work with pastors and churches, working together to develop productive team dynamics, formulate effective strategies, and lead change. My highest joy is helping others achieve their highest purpose.
